We are currently seeking immediate Group Home Placement for a 91-year-old female in Oakland County, preferably Southfield, Michigan.
- Non-Ambulatory | Bedbound
- Incontinent – Requires full assistance with hygiene (bed baths, dressing, changing)
- Two-Person Assist when standing; very unsteady gait
- Feeds herself independently
- Loves TV and responds well to calm, familiar environments
- Wound Care Required – Will be supported by a professional wound care team
- Medication – Requires reminders and administration
- Daily Needs – 24/7 care, laundry, meals, housekeeping
- Income: $3,030–$3,500/month
- No family involved in care
- Previous caregiver (close friend, age 90) can no longer provide care
📍 Ideal Placement:
- Group Home with 24-Hour Staffing
- Experience in Total Care & Wound Management
- Preferably located in Southfield, MI or surrounding areas (Oakland County)
