Step 6 - Fulfillment (you think this would be obvious)
Have you ever made a purchase, and then waited and waited for the course to be sent to your email, or for the book to arrive in your mailbox - only to never see it and realize you just flushed money down the toilet? Or maybe you bought a membership and never got access. Don't let this happen to you as a business owner. Truthfully, this step should not have to exist, but here we are, because it happens ALL THE TIME. Here's how to avoid this issue and save your reputation. 1. Have your deliverables in WRITING for both you and your client. 2. Automate delivery with your CRM as much as you can (when someone buys a digital product, you don't have to send it by hand) 3. Follow up and get feedback from your customers! The worse the feedback, the better the improvement.

Step 5 - Sales
I took a company from 30,000 a week to a 300,000 six week average, first as a member of the sales floor, and then as the Sales Manager. So trust me when I tell you what I'm about to tell you. 1. Don't bother making a product that you're not ABSOLUTELY CERTAIN that people want. How do you find out what they want? Ask them. 2. Have systems. Track both your activity and the result to see what happens. 3. Have Goals. Measurable goals - in dollars (if you want your revenue to grow) 4. Sell one on one coaching before you build out a whole product line. This is the best way to figure out what you're people actually want. 5. You have two kinds of buyers - those who want to be mentored by you, and those who will hire you to speak. 6. Make working with you as easy as possible.

How to take the stage
You've heard the saying: If you want to speak more, you have to speak more. So I'll make it short and sweet: STOP WAITING to get booked to speak on stage! When I first started speaking, I made a commitment to speak every two weeks. Even in my own living room, even if no one was there (yes that happened) This allows you to get the reps in. These might be the hardest speeches you do (which is why most people are to embarrassed to do this) but if you can conquer this, other stages will come.
