I highly recommend the language transfer podcast https://www.languagetransfer.org/courses#complete-spanish

It's completely free and focuses on how you can really start to speak. It was the first thing I listened to when I started learning Spanish and I still use many of the strategies. It's an approach that teaches you how to build the language and the build the grammar rules without purely memorizing them.
