Sovereignty Circle is a therapeutic support group for people navigating career crisis: burnout, layoffs, existential dread, or the realization that you're living life on someone else's terms. If you're sensitive, intuitive, and have always known traditional career paths weren't designed for you, this is where you get the support to make the shift. We meet monthly to process, receive personalized guidance and support, and remember who you actually are beneath the corporate conditioning. Between sessions, a monthly-updated hypnosis library (using hypnotherapy + CBT) rewires the subconscious beliefs that keep you feeling stuck and small. The work is internal: healing what's been numbed, reclaiming what's been sacrificed, and building the nervous system capacity to step into alignment without dismantling your life. This is for women who are sensitive, intuitive, and have always sensed they were meant for something else, but never had permission to actually pursue it.
