So when you register property, under legal citizenship, it removes title, so you don't actually own anything.

The elites, have their society own their property.

So it is then protected by private law, outside of legal code.

Businesses are corporate, everything corporate is limited liability and liable for crimes against mankind, as all businesses are in ALL CAPS hence satanic by definition. This is where a private law society can do anything a business can do, but without license, or permission and no taxes.. :)
