I am doing the paperwork to record sovereign title to land to replace legal registration as registration removes title and is fraud in fact. So I nicely called the Manitoba Land Titles office yesterday. They sent me this email today. Notice how no one actually puts their name down. This is unlawful as are they.

Statement of Understanding

Registration is not a benign administrative act; it is a mechanism of conversion, whereby true ownership and sovereignty are transferred from the man or woman under god recorded title, to legal persons satanic stripping of rights of the individual to the satanic corporate fraudulent crime syndicate calling itself the state or its agents, without fully informed consent.
We assert:
- Registration creates a legal fiction, separating flesh-and-blood men and women from their god given property and rights.
- Through registration, individuals are deceived into relinquishing their autochthonous (original, inherent) title and authority, becoming mere beneficiaries or users rather than true owners.
- The state, acting as a corporation, then pledges registered persons and property as collateral for national debt, stripping individuals of their sovereignty and converting them into subjects of statutory control.
The Fraud of Legal Registration
Legal registration is fundamentally fraudulent for the following reasons:
- Lack of Full Disclosure: Individuals are not informed that registration transfers title and creates a trust relationship with the state as trustee and themselves as beneficiaries, subject to the state’s terms. No one explains birth certificates are slavery bonds. No one explains legality is satanic and strips living men and woman of god given rights, to be replaced with legal privilege they do not own.
- Conversion of Title: Upon registration, the state claims fraudulent superior title, reducing registrants to mere licensees or users, while the state uses the registered assets as collateral for corporate debt.
