I listed things I want to change about myself.
On day one, I only got through two of them.
I felt discouraged. It sat with me longer than I wanted.
But this morning I realized something:
Change doesn’t happen all at once.
It happens in pieces.
You can’t force growth.
You build it slowly — like charging a battery, not flipping a switch.
Look back a year ago.
You weren’t doing any of this.
So keep going.
Pick one or two habits.
Give them time.
Let them settle.
You’re the coach.
You’re the cheerleader.
You’re the one doing the work.
That’s a lot to carry — so be patient with yourself.
Nothing changes overnight.
