Day 2 for Octobers 3 day Challenge is LIVE
Your Day 2 video is live! Today, we’re bringing movement into the mix — gently awakening the body and helping energy flow where it may have felt stuck.
Yesterday, we focused on the breath — calming the nervous system and reconnecting with stillness. Well, also bones in the left and the right side of the brain.
Now, we’re adding motion — inviting the body to participate in your release process. Through simple, mindful movement, we begin to open space for clarity, ease, and flow. Balancing the left and right side of the body.
Remember: you don’t need to force anything. Let your body lead. Notice how it feels, what emotions or sensations arise, and allow yourself to simply observe without judgment.
