Today’s solar plexus work reminded me of something powerful:
The energy of choice isn’t about control... it’s about alignment.
When we say “I choose to choose,” we’re not forcing outcomes.
We’re stepping into a place of presence, power, and permission.
Sometimes the most spiritual thing we can do is to stop waiting for a sign and start becoming one.
