Yesterday in mastermind we talked about releasing emotional holds. Anger, resentment and hurt can remain in our consciousness and fester even if we don’t realize it’s there.
Whether they are old feelings or brand new you have the power to release it. Personally, I like to use a method called “bless and release” during my morning routine.
