Hey brothers, my name’s Raul.
I’m a father of six, husband to an incredible woman, and founder of Circle of brotherhood and cofounder of soul healing vibes
I want to share a bit of my story so you understand why this space even exists.
A few years back I had a serious accident I fell from a bridge and shattered my heel into 12 pieces, broke and displaced the mid bones in my foot. Before that, I was working, putting food on the table, doing what men do providing for my family.
Then overnight… everything stopped.
No work.
Bedridden.
Nearly two years stuck at home.
I had to lay there and watch my beautiful wife go to work, care for our kids, and also look after me. That broke something inside me.
My mindset crashed.
Depression crept in hard.
I felt useless. Heavy. Lost.
And the hardest part?
There was nowhere for me to go.
No space for men like me.
No community.
No brothers I could talk to who understood what it feels like to be trapped in your body, in your mind, in your circumstances.
I just needed a place where I could say how I was really feeling without judgement, without pressure, without being told to “man up.”
But that place didn’t exist.
So I had to learn the hard way. Alone.
Eventually I realised something had to change. I couldn’t sit in pity anymore. I had to turn inward. That’s where the real work started.
I began learning mindset tools.
I found breathwork.
I learned how to regulate my nervous system.
I started rebuilding myself from the inside out.
And that journey changed my life.
This community was born from that pain.
I created this space so men never have to go through that alone again.
This is a place to talk freely.
To learn tools.
To breathe.
To heal.
To grow.
To stand shoulder to shoulder with other brothers who actually care.
No judgement here.
No ego.
Just men supporting men.
