I’ve been deep in the goo — the part no one posts about.
The part where transformation is real, but your energy says pause.
Don’t do ANYTHING! Just REST.
I don’t have a big teaching to offer right now… just the truth.
I’m still here. The flame is still burning.
And sometimes, stillness is part of the spark.
