With Doreen Virtue’s Healing with the Angels Oracle Cards
A 5-minute ritual to start your day with angelic guidance
Before you begin:
Healing with the Angels cards are specifically for emotional, physical, and spiritual healing. Perfect for midlife seasons when old wounds surface to be released. Shuffle with the intention: “Angels, what healing is available for me today?”
THE 3-CARD SPREAD
Card 1: Today’s Healing Energy
Ask: “What area of my life is ready for healing today?”
Look for: Cards like “Forgiveness,” “Release,” “Health,” “Addiction,” “Family.”
Your angels are highlighting where light wants to come in. This isn’t judgment — it’s permission to heal.
Card 2: Angel’s Action Step
Ask: “What is one loving action I can take to support this healing?”
Look for: Cards like “Nature,” “Exercise,” “Creative Expression,” “Ask,” “Meditation.”
Heaven doesn’t heal for you. They heal with you. This card is your co-creation step.
Card 3: Divine Assurance
Ask: “What promise do my angels want me to hold today?”
Look for: Cards like “You Are Safe,” “Miracles,” “Divine Timing,” “Trust.”
This is your anchor. When doubt creeps in, come back to this card.
HOW TO READ HEALING WITH THE ANGELS CARDS
1. See — What color, symbol, or angel catches your eye first? Doreen’s artwork is intentional. A yellow light might mean mental healing. Water = emotional release.
2. Feel — Place your hand on your heart. Does the card feel like a warm hug or a gentle nudge? Your body is part of the reading.
3. Read — Now check the guidebook message. Highlight one sentence that feels like it was written for you today. That’s your angels talking.
4. Act — Do the action on Card 2 before noon if possible. Healing energy is strongest in the morning.
Tina’s Note on “Hard” Cards:
If you pull Addiction, Divorce, Surgery, or Release, breathe. These cards in Healing with the Angels mean: “This area is ready to be lifted from you.” Ask: “Archangel Raphael, surround this situation with emerald healing light.” Then do Card 2. You’re not being punished — you’re being helped.

Tina’s Example Pull for Today:
Card 1: Today’s Healing Energy — Forgiveness
My intuition says: There’s an old story I’m still carrying about a relationship from 10 years ago. My chest felt tight when I saw this card. The angels are saying it’s safe to let it go now. Healing = releasing, not forgetting.
Card 2: Angel’s Action Step — Nature
One thing I’ll do today: Walk outside barefoot for 10 minutes after lunch. Healing with the Angels often connects forgiveness with earth energy. Nature helps me release what my mind keeps gripping.
Card 3: Divine Assurance — You Are Safe
The promise I’m holding: I don’t have to keep my guard up to be protected. My angels have this.
When I feel that old anger today, I’ll touch my pocket and whisper “I am safe to forgive.”

How this played out: By 3pm I got a text from someone connected to that old situation. Instead of spiraling, I remembered “You Are Safe” and went outside. The whole day felt lighter. This is how the cards work in real life.
3. What To Do If You Get the Same Card 3 Days in a Row
With Doreen Virtue’s Healing with the Angels deck, repeating cards are not random. They’re angels turning up the volume.
If the same card shows up 3+ times, it means:
Step 1: Pause and Thank Them
Say: “Angels, I hear you. Thank you for being persistent with me. Help me understand this fully.” Repeating cards are love, not nagging. Step 2: Go Deeper with These Questions
Write in your journal:
1. What part of this card am I avoiding? Example: “Release” keeps showing up because I won’t delete old texts.
2. What would happen if I actually did what this card says for 1 day? Scary? Good. That’s where the healing is.
3. Who do I need to ask for help with this? Healing with the Angels often pairs “Ask” with repeat cards. You’re not meant to do this alone.
Step 3: Take One “Brave” Action
Doreen’s angels are practical. If “Exercise” keeps coming up, do 5 jumping jacks right now. If “Forgiveness” repeats, text: “I’m working on releasing this. No reply needed.” If “Divine Timing” shows up, delete one thing from your calendar today.
Step 4: Pull a Clarifier Card
Ask: “Angels, what’s the next layer of this message?” Pull one card from Healing with the Angels. This usually breaks the loop because you’ve shown you’re listening.

Most common repeat cards in Healing with the Angels and what they mean:
• Forgiveness — There’s a specific person, including yourself, ready to be released
• Ask — You’re trying to be strong instead of supported. Angels can’t help if you don’t ask
• Divine Timing — Stop forcing. One aligned action beats 10 hustle actions
• Health — Check in with your body. Usually sleep, water, or stress related
• Release — Physical declutter = emotional declutter. Clean one drawer today
