1. The 2-Minute Gut Check
Use this when you need an answer now
1. Pause + Hand to heart: Close your eyes. One hand on your heart, one on your belly. This grounds you in your body, where intuition lives. 2. Ask a yes/no question: State your choice clearly. Ex: "Is taking this job aligned for me?" 3. Notice the first flicker: Don't think. Notice the immediate sensation. Expansion/warmth/lightness = yes. Contraction/heaviness/tightness = no. 4. Thank it: Whatever came up, say "thank you" internally. You're teaching your system that it's safe to speak up.
Your body answers faster than your brain rationalizes. The trick is catching it before doubt shows up.
