Nourishment for the soul

Dear God,

Help me to walk through this day with a clear and focused mind. When thoughts that don’t honor You pass through, help me take them captive and replace them with Your truth. Teach me to recognize what comes from You and what doesn’t, and give me strength to reject anything that leads me away from peace. “We take captive every thought to make it obedient to Christ.” (2 Corinthians 10:5)

Help Your Word dwell deeply in my heart and mind so it shapes everything I think, say, and do. Let my thoughts align with Your truth and my life reflect Your wisdom, love, and power today.
