Not sure if you all are also feeling this astrological energy, but this week’s total lunar eclipse is bringing some powerful shifts. 🌑✨
Eclipses are times of revelation, release, and reset. They often illuminate what’s been hidden and invite us to step out of old cycles so we can fully embody the next version of ourselves. The energy may feel intense — emotional, heavy, or even electric — but it’s here to move us closer to alignment.
💫 Reflection for You: Take a moment this week to notice where life is asking you to let go.
- What outdated patterns are ready to be released?
- What truths are rising to the surface?
- Where are you being called into greater clarity or expansion?
These are powerful questions to journal on, or simply to sit with in stillness.
