When life starts to feel like too much, the breath becomes our anchor. Each inhale reminds us we are supported; each exhale invites release.
🌀 Mini Practice:
Find a cozy spot.
Inhale through your nose for 4 counts.
Hold for 2. Exhale through your mouth for 6.
Repeat for a few rounds, let the breath wash through your whole being.
Feel what shifts.
Sometimes peace arrives not through doing more, but through breathing more deeply.
