so I wanted to share something with you that took me years to figure outbecause I remember being so frustrated watching content that promised everything and then gave you nothing. like actual nothing. no steps. no real direction. just vibesand I was like... okay but what do i actually DO tomorrow morning
so I put together exactly what i wish someone had handed me back then. five steps that i personally used to start shifting my reality:
- document where you actually are right now.
- write your goals.
- identify what's keeping you misaligned.
- commit to just seven days.
- and then start building your new identity
