These Intense Energies!
Everyone I have spoken with is talking about feeling like something is being ripped away. Spiraling and feeling as if they are swimming in a thick soup of doubt. Last night I described the feeling to a friend. I feel like a tidal wave has passed through and now I'm standing in the pool of water with the stuff that washed up/away stuff floating all around me not knowing which direction to move in.
Her reply "Yes! Exactly. That's just how I'm feeling right now!" Without a moment hesitation I knew it wasn't me picking up her energy, we were having a shared experience of the new energy. Often as empaths we are quick to reject the uncomfortable energy we are feeling as belonging to someone else. Then when we recognize someone who is feeling what we are we put it off as "theirs" instead of taking the opportunity to relate.
Its a very sneaky form of giving away your energy and another way the ego practices self-rejection. Knowing that someone else was also feeling lost in the intensity of this most recent wave made me feel better somehow. I didn't need to self reject my emotions or my lack of direction.
I feel a bit better today. I'm able to move through some new decisions and see where they take me. I decided one of them was to share a card for the group.
The question I am asking is How can we move through these intense energies when we are feeling collective energy without self-rejecting and projecting the energy onto others?
The Answer from the Order of Melchizedek - Your mission is being revealed to you. Let yourself be held by the light and most importantly Don't give up.
As I look at this card the light is landing in a canal of water that shows the path may be wet but you are still walking towards the light. That beam may feel like it's blinding you but trust that it is directing you. This is not the time to turn back there is so much more light ahead of you. Trust your path.
