The Morning Masterpiece
I invite everyone to start the day creating a new Masterpiece. Today is a clean slate and new beginning an opportunity to have a fresh start. First, baseing in the most comfortable position, still and quiet let us focus on our breaths by first breathing out through our nose or mouth releasing old energies, stuck energies and energies that no longer serve us out into the universe. Then pausing for a second or two making space for new energies and then breathing in the love and light from the universe slowly ! ! And as we are taking some in breaths, let us call back all energies that belongs to us! And as we .practice this breathing 3 times, allow us to set the intention to be the artists of our brand new day! The Masterpiece. A day that is whole and complete where we are filled with the highest light. Where all is well and everything is working out for our highest and greatest good for all involved and of the highest time lines!. What does this masterpiece look like for you?
