As we process deeper layers of emotion we practice somatic awareness tools, expressive arts therapy, and Ecopsychology nature connection activities to allow integration of grief as part of our wholeness.
Through the course, our relationship to grief changes and we dont leave behind our grief but learn to move forward with it. This allows us a greater capacity to hold life's challenges and beauty
