Photovoltaic installation project. Would it be more efficient ?

Hello community, I'm seeking advice on the best approach for my photovoltaic installation project. Would it be more efficient to:

Buy a complete integrated system (inverter, battery storage, charge controller) from a single manufacturer?
Or assemble a hybrid system myself using components from different manufacturers?

My system will consist of two 132kWc solar arrays configured for self-consumption. I would greatly appreciate any insights based on your experience with similar installations.
