Not a cleaning guy but a cleaning user
Călin here. Born Romanian, educated in France, living in The Netherlands.
Since 2020 I work in O&M and Technical Asset Management of Utility and C&I.
This means that I contract cleaning, I recommend cleaning policy and I also study it's impact.
My limitation is how little I understand about what it takes to clean. Types of soiling, adapted cleaning techniques and also the logistics of cleaning. I am here to learn to make better decisions about cleaning.
