Kundalini Awakenings
What is your experience with the term “kundalini awakening”?
Have you experienced one? Do you know what I’m talking about?

“my understanding from Rosicrucian wisdom is that there three forms of kundalini awakenings.
Heart chakra up and down
Crown down
Root up
Heart chakra up and down is preferred as it activates the heart center first meaning the divine love and connection is firmly rooted in
The other 2, (I experienced top down) have more a chance to be destabilizing to a persons energy”
