Suffering and Learning
You learn a lot through suffering.
There is a saying in Nepali, "Ladyo ki Badyo" (If you struggle, you grow).
Life has a way of teaching us through challenges. When things are easy, we often stay where we are. But when we face difficulties, we are pushed to reflect, adapt, and develop new strengths.
This doesn't mean we should seek suffering. But when it comes, there is often a lesson hidden within it.
If you're going through a difficult time right now, remember that growth and learning are often happening beneath the surface, even when you can't see it yet.
Sometimes our greatest teachers are the experiences we never asked for.
What did you Suffer from and what did you learn from it?
