Alright y’all, check-in time. The 10K Smashbox is currently sitting at $180. And yes, I’m clapping for myself because saving anything in this economy deserves a lil praise 👏🏽💸
BUT—let me talk my talk. I could’ve easily been at $300–$450 if I hadn’t been playing fast and loose with online shopping like it was self-care. (It was not. It was consumerism in a silk robe.)

- Pay yourself first, always: Move your savings immediately. What you don’t see, you won’t sabotage.
- Romanticize the goal: “10K Smashbox” isn’t savings—it’s freedom, security, and soft living on lock.
- Redirect the urge: Feel like shopping? Transfer $10–$25 instead. Same action, better outcome.
