Instagram Live Hack
I just had an epiphany yesterday on a replay I was watching. Last year IG took away my ability to go live and for the life of me it has felt impossible to grow to 1,000 real followers to get the feature back. I refuse to allow fake accounts to stay.
While I was watching a live yesterday I realised that the "replay" that is where most people get on is just a reel. This means you could pre record it (i.e. a masterclass), add any fanciness you want, add a dm automation trigger and post it as a reel.
You could simply say like you would in the live, drop the words "missed you" if you missed it live.
Boom now you can have a "polished" replay that feels like a replay. Remember if you keep it under 3 mins it can be shown to new audiences. I would try to keep it at least under 10 mins as I found it glitches if you try to upload anything longer.
