1. Familiarity
You go from stranger to recognizable presence through calm consistency.
No pressure. No outcome. Just being seen and remembered.
2. Introduction
You move from acknowledgement to real interaction.
Names. Short exchanges. Knowing when it’s appropriate to engage.
3. Connection
You build comfort and trust through light personal context and follow-ups.
This is where interactions stop feeling forced and start feeling real.
4. Continuation
You take the connection outside the environment.
Coffee. Workout. Walk. Group chat. Invitation.
Not everyone reaches step four in 30 days.
However, you could also go from steps 1-4 in literally one interaction.
Sometimes you will click with someone right away, have 5-10 minute conversation with someone and it'll be the right thing to get their contact information right away.
