HOW TO GET THE BEST RESULTS & WHAT THIS PROGRAM ISN'T:

  • Keep reps small and improve everyday
  • Don’t compare your pace to others
  • Ask for feedback early
  • Trust consistency over intensity
  • Participate a lot by posting in this community daily, & joining as many calls as possible
Always remember to base your success on the inputs, aka you doing the reps, and NOT the outcome.
The outcomes will always come after enough volume & iteration.

The focus is always:
  • Only a couple points as to what you're struggling with or your situation
  • What happened
  • What you did
  • Where you had troubles
  • What to do next
