I’ve found it really tough over the last couple of weeks — the admin just stacks up and the follow-ups slip through the cracks. I have a feeling a bunch of you are in the same boat.
Am thinking about how to solve. Here’s what I believe makes sense right now (should be like $20):
- Use a simple automation tool (Zapier/Make) to trigger outreach as soon as a new candidate hits your ATS.
- Download a LinkedIn message template library (there are free packs around) so you’re not starting from scratch each time.
- Set up an automated reminder (Google Sheets + email/slack ping) so you never miss a follow-up window again.
