Recruitment admin is eating me alive
You guys also struggling with keeping candidate outreach consistent without eating up your whole day?
I’ve found it really tough over the last couple of weeks — the admin just stacks up and the follow-ups slip through the cracks. I have a feeling a bunch of you are in the same boat.
Am thinking about how to solve. Here’s what I believe makes sense right now (should be like $20):
  1. Use a simple automation tool (Zapier/Make) to trigger outreach as soon as a new candidate hits your ATS.
  2. Download a LinkedIn message template library (there are free packs around) so you’re not starting from scratch each time.
  3. Set up an automated reminder (Google Sheets + email/slack ping) so you never miss a follow-up window again.
