Problem I was facing with my Agency
Hi everyone.
Have really been struggling with inconsistent lead flow from cold outreach recently.
Over the last few months I’ve banged my head against the wall wondering how in God’s name I was going to fix the combo of low reply rates and emails dying in spam — and I know a lot of people here have been too.
Anyway, I was talking to ChatGPT and I think I’ve got it. Wanted to share it with you all in case it’s helpful (should be less than $10/m):
- Do a quick warmup on your sending domain using Instantly’s free warmup.
- Pull 10–15 hyper-relevant data points from your leads’ sites using Scraper API.
- Feed those points into ChatGPT with a short prompt to auto-generate personalized first lines that still sound human.
- Test 3 variants and send through your warm domain using Instantly.io
