Why I’m qualified to teach you (credentials)
A few people have asked about my background and qualifications, so I wanted to share this properly rather than assume it’s obvious.
I’m a certified Microsoft Office Specialist across Word, Excel and PowerPoint (and outlook but I don’t really focus on that app). I’ve continued to formally upskill in AI and Microsoft 365 as those tools have evolved.
Alongside qualifications, I’ve delivered training and built learning materials for individuals, businesses, the NHS, government teams, huge pharma companies and small private organisations.
Teaching is not something I do on the side. It’s my profession. I design syllabuses, create practical exercises, record structured training, and support learners at very different starting points. I also actively stay up to date because this space changes fast and I genuinely enjoy that.
