Skill progression comes suddenly? 😅

I went training for 6 hours in the parking lot this weekend, all kinds of stuff. On the road back home I seemed to struggle with stuff just like before the practice … now 2 days later , I drive to the store and I look a completely New driver 🤔😂

It seems like the practice needs Some time sinking in or something ?
