  1. Call with cohort went well. Validated the delivery format and there was space for amazing conversation.
  2. Self Assessment done ☑️ financial planning and health check ☑️
  3. Fasted everyday, and will be doing today. Only on 4 days of exercise as my calf kicked the bucket last night at rugby. If its still bad ill do a bodybuilding sess and get it up to 5. No excuses!
