You NEED a mission statement. It is a non-negotiable.
It helps clearly define WHY youre doing what you do, HOW you do it differently and WHAT it is that you actually do.
The clearer this is, the better your project will be.
Its the emotional reason why someone comes to you and not somebody else.
Maybe youve felt the same pain that the person youre trying to help currently has? Maybe youve created a solution the exact problem they have?
The reality is, people dont buy what you do, they buy into WHY youre doing it.
