Live transfer times extenstion
I wanted to make you aware of an update to the Live Transfer hours on Leads the Way. Live Transfers will now be available Monday–Saturday from 8:00 AM to 2:00 AM EST.
This change is intended to better accommodate our agents and ensure they have ample opportunities to answer transfers.
