Hi, I'm Lisa.
Veteran's wife. Mom of two incredible humans. Author. Coach. A Wellness Coach at a school. And someone who knows firsthand what it means to keep showing up even when your nervous system is running the show.
I came to this work the way most of us do by living it. Burnout wasn't something I read about. It was something I survived. And when I discovered that my patterns, my resistance, my exhaustion weren't character flaws but nervous system responses everything changed.
That's what I bring into this community every single day.
Outside of this work I coach volleyball, basketball, badminton, and slow-pitch at the school I work at and have coached other teams previously., which means I've seen up close what stress, dysregulation, and survival mode look like across every age group. I'm also a camper, a crafter (turns out I'm way more creative than I gave myself credit for), and I'm currently learning to write songs, which is equal parts terrifying and wonderful.
This August my oldest son is getting married. My youngest just started basic training. Life is full, loud, and beautifully complicated.
And somehow, in the middle of all of it I help people make the biggest transformations of their lives.
