At our first Coffee, Chat & Collab, we all shared an event tip that others could go away and try.
Mine was a really simple one.
Donโt just put your event in the calendar, write a post about it and then sit there hoping everyone spots it.
They probably wonโt.
People are busy. They miss posts. They forget what they saw yesterday. And sometimes they fully intend to come to something and then completely forget about it. ๐
So when I have an event coming up, I message as many members as I reasonably can and send them the
Not a huge sales pitch.
Just a friendly personal invitation letting them know whatโs happening and giving them an easy way to join.
Because thereโs quite a difference between someone scrolling past:

One is an announcement.
The other feels like an invitation.
And if you want people at your event, sometimes you need to stop waiting for them to find itโฆ
