One of the things I love about building Skool Events Daily is the people you meet along the way.

Sometimes a connection comes from an unexpected place, and yesterday I had the pleasure of jumping on a call with Alexa Leitner after meeting her through Des Dreckett’s community.

What started as a conversation quickly turned into one of those chats where you realise you have a lot more in common than you expected!

We talked about everything from communities, education systems in Austria and New Zealand (yes, we may have put those to rights 😂), life experiences, and the journey of creating something meaningful for people.

Alexa is a linguist, a German language teacher, and the creator of a fantastic learning space from beautiful Austria

Her approach to language learning really stood out to me because it’s not about memorising endless grammar rules or rushing through a course.

It’s about 𝗹𝗲𝗮𝗿𝗻𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝘁𝗼 𝘁𝗿𝘂𝗹𝘆 𝗹𝗶𝘀𝘁𝗲𝗻, 𝘂𝗻𝗱𝗲𝗿𝘀𝘁𝗮𝗻𝗱, 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗱𝗲𝘃𝗲𝗹𝗼𝗽 𝗮 𝗿𝗲𝗮𝗹 𝗰𝗼𝗻𝗻𝗲𝗰𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝘄𝗶𝘁𝗵 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗹𝗮𝗻𝗴𝘂𝗮𝗴𝗲 and the student.
