The word “theology” comes from two Greek terms: theos, meaning “God,” and logos, meaning “word,” “reason,” or “thought.” At its core, theology is simply the way we speak, reason, and reflect about God. In one sense, it’s an ordinary activity—people across cultures and throughout history have talked about God in one way or another. And yet, there is something remarkable about human beings attempting to describe, understand, or even relate to the Creator of all things.
This community is a gathering of everyday theologians—people who are curious, thoughtful, and willing to wrestle with big questions. We explore what it means to know the God who made the universe, why He engages with humanity, and how we are invited to respond to that reality in our daily lives.
Some of us may feel confident in our theological understanding; others may be taking their very first steps. This is a space for learning, honest discussion, respectful disagreement, and mutual encouragement.
