Ideas;
Phase I: The Internal Cleanse (Minutes 0–10)
- The Elixir: Start with a tall glass of fresh lemon water. This flushes the digestive system and balances pH levels.
- my Rule: No Coffee. Keep the system "clean" and avoid the cortisol spike associated with caffeine.
Phase II: The Cultivation (Minutes 10–70)
- Lighting the Path: Light a candle with my intentions for the day
- Standing Meditation (50 Mins): This is the core. Focus on "Cultivation of Qi" (Zhan Zhuang). Stand with knees slightly bent, spine neutral, and arms as if hugging a tree.
- Visualization: During the final 10 minutes of your standing hold, incorporate visualization meditation. Picture your goals for the day crystallizing in front of you as physical reality.
Phase III: The Physical Shock (Minutes 70–90)
- Functional Stretching: Perform a 10-minute flow to release the tension built up during the standing meditation. Focus on the hip flexors and thoracic spine.
- The Cold Shower: Finish with a cold-only shower. This resets the nervous system, increases dopamine naturally, and builds the mental "grit" required for the day.
