Authenticity Foundation.
Authenticity needs a firm foundation to build on. In the beginning, before you became form, you were spirit. Spirit is the foundational platform from where you build your authenticity. It is the reset on your game of life. It frees you from trauma, dis-ease, dis-regulation and aligns you back into the gift that is the present. Once you give yourself your power and permission to be, you can build character and form on the rock of spirit. This is your life story, be the author of your authenticity.
