I've implemented some things from Skool Homeroom that weren't really "wrong" just were kind of holding back my community from growing so they were hard for me to see.
These are: greeting new members, responding to every comment, and posting shorter posts with a CTA and good title with relevant subject matter.
I greeted members, but didn't have any new ones so extended the greeting to already members.
Responding to every comment was hard. I mean I didn't have any comments. But in my posts in other communities, I responded to every comment and found that IRL you just don't do that. You don't respond to everything lol. You can't. But it works for Skool.
As for shorter posts, well this one is getting long, but I'm working on that too, and lots of my posts are concise, short, brief (hold on let me get a thesaurus), minute, tiny, etc.
