Do you suffer from low engagement in your community? Why do you think that is?
When I go into communities that have healthy community engagement, here's what I see in common across them:
- the owners invite others into the conversation. It's an us vs. "me" culture
- group owners engage in the comments, not just posting
- group owners aren't pushing for a sale, they naturally lead people to a solution first
- there's a variety of posts -->> short, gifs, polls, long, silly and fun
- they lead with the WHY instead of just talking at their people
- they don't ghost their group
- owners highlight their members
- owners reward their biggest fans
- owners bring in other experts to share the space with them; decentering themselves, and putting more of a spotlight on others
So tell me, what's actually going on in yours?
✅Pick yours in the poll, then tell me in the comments --->> I want to know what's actually happening in your community so we can brainstorm solutions!
