𝗕𝗮𝗰𝗸𝗴𝗿𝗼𝘂𝗻𝗱 — 𝗥𝗲𝗽𝗹𝗮𝗰𝗲 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗦𝗸𝗼𝗼𝗹 𝗽𝗮𝗴𝗲 𝗯𝗮𝗰𝗸𝗴𝗿𝗼𝘂𝗻𝗱 𝘄𝗶𝘁𝗵 𝗮 𝗴𝗿𝗮𝗱𝗶𝗲𝗻𝘁, 𝘆𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝗼𝘄𝗻 𝗶𝗺𝗮𝗴𝗲 𝗼𝗿 𝗮 𝗱𝗮𝗶𝗹𝘆 𝗽𝗵𝗼𝘁𝗼 Skool ships one page background, and it is the same for everyone. The Background feature replaces it with something you pick: thirteen ready-made gradients and mesh blends (Aurora, Sunset, Ocean, Midnight, Candy, Mint and more), a two-colour gradient you mix yourself with a free angle, an image you upload, or a photo that changes every single day. Four daily-photo sources are available: Bing Daily, Windows Spotlight, Wikimedia Picture of the Day and NASA's Astronomy Picture of the Day. Each fetches a fresh image once a day, so the page looks different every morning without you touching a setting. Preview thumbnails load for all sources up front — including the ones you have not selected — so you see the actual picture before choosing. The feature unlocks with your level in the Skool Extensions community. Level 3 opens the Background itself along with all gradients, your own colours and your own image. The daily-photo sources follow: Bing and Spotlight at level 4, Wikimedia and NASA at level 5. Locked tiles stay visible with a grey wash and a level badge — click the badge and you land on the community leaderboard, where you can see your standing and what the next level takes. Two sliders control how the page sits on top of the image. Transparent cards sets how much of the background shows through Skool's cards and panels, and Blurred controls how soft the photo behind them gets. Both update live while you drag, and dark mode keeps its own slightly stronger opacity so the balance between the two modes survives a single slider. On photo backgrounds, readability is handled for you: the text colour is chosen by real WCAG contrast against the image rather than a rough brightness guess, and text sitting directly on the background — native header links, the pin strip footer — gets a fine outline so it stays legible over busy areas. Gradients and mesh blends are left alone; they do not need it.

𝗠𝘆𝗦𝗸𝗼𝗼𝗹 — 𝗪𝗵𝗲𝗿𝗲 𝗮𝗹𝗹 𝘆𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝗰𝗼𝗺𝗺𝘂𝗻𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗲𝘀 𝗰𝗼𝗺𝗲 𝘁𝗼𝗴𝗲𝘁𝗵𝗲𝗿. Skool always drops you into one community at a time — there is no page that shows your whole Skool life at once. MySkool gives you that home: a personal cross-community feed that takes over the page and pulls posts from every community you pick into one stream, newest first. Open MySkool from its entry in Skool's native pin bar — it rides along like any other pin and can be moved the same way. One unified selector box at the top controls everything: pick individual communities, hit the "All communities" chip to follow everything, use the sync button for a fresh pull, or grab a "Copy link" to share the view. The same selection spans all three tabs — feed, calendar and classroom — so the events and lessons from all your chosen communities are gathered in one place too. The feed is not read-only: edit your own posts and comments inline, vote in polls straight from the stream, and like and comment as if you were inside the community. Every post shows its community icon, so you always know where a conversation lives — one click takes you there. MySkool is a Premium feature and can be toggled in the Extension Settings. --- 𝗠𝘆𝗦𝗸𝗼𝗼𝗹 — 𝗪𝗼 𝗮𝗹𝗹 𝗱𝗲𝗶𝗻𝗲 𝗖𝗼𝗺𝗺𝘂𝗻𝗶𝘁𝘆𝘀 𝘇𝘂𝘀𝗮𝗺𝗺𝗲𝗻 𝗸𝗼𝗺𝗺𝗲𝗻 Skool setzt dich immer in eine Community zur Zeit — es gibt keine Seite, die dein ganzes Skool-Leben auf einmal zeigt. Öffne MySkool über seinen Eintrag in Skools nativer Pin-Leiste — es fährt dort wie jeder andere Pin mit und lässt sich genauso verschieben. Eine einheitliche Auswahlbox oben steuert alles: Wähle einzelne Communities, nimm den „Alle Communitys"-Chip, um allem zu folgen, nutze den Sync-Button für einen frischen Abruf oder „Link kopieren", um die Ansicht zu teilen. 𝗔𝗱𝘃𝗮𝗻𝗰𝗲𝗱 𝗟𝗶𝗴𝗵𝘁𝗯𝗼𝘅 — 𝗘𝘃𝗲𝗿𝘆 𝗶𝗺𝗮𝗴𝗲 𝗶𝗻 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗽𝗼𝘀𝘁, 𝗼𝗻𝗲 𝗰𝗹𝗶𝗰𝗸 𝗮𝘄𝗮𝘆 Click an image in a post and Skool shows you that one image, alone. A post with six photos means closing the preview and clicking the next tile, six times over. This feature grows Skool's own preview a thumbnail strip along the bottom: every image and video of the post side by side, videos marked with a play badge, the one you are looking at highlighted. A click jumps straight to it. Images zoom now. The wheel zooms towards the pointer, so the detail you are aiming at stays under the cursor instead of drifting off screen; a double-click goes to 2.5x and back; and while you are zoomed in, dragging moves the crop around. A small control pill sits above the image with a minus, the current level and a plus — and the level itself is a button that takes you back to 100%. Dragging an unzoomed image sideways flips to the next or previous medium, the same way you would swipe through photos on a phone. Pull far enough and it changes; let go too early and the image springs back, so a stray drag never costs you your place. The same strip and the same zoom work in the extension's own gallery — the one that opens from a chat image or a group chat. Both lightboxes behave alike, so there is nothing to relearn depending on where you clicked. Advanced Lightbox is free for everyone. --- 𝗔𝗱𝘃𝗮𝗻𝗰𝗲𝗱 𝗟𝗶𝗴𝗵𝘁𝗯𝗼𝘅 — 𝗝𝗲𝗱𝗲𝘀 𝗕𝗶𝗹𝗱 𝗱𝗲𝘀 𝗕𝗲𝗶𝘁𝗿𝗮𝗴𝘀 𝗲𝗶𝗻𝗲𝗻 𝗞𝗹𝗶𝗰𝗸 𝗲𝗻𝘁𝗳𝗲𝗿𝗻𝘁 Klick ein Bild in einem Beitrag an, und Skool zeigt dir genau dieses eine. Bei einem Beitrag mit sechs Fotos heißt das: schließen, nächste Kachel anklicken, sechsmal. Dieses Feature gibt Skools eigener Vorschau eine Vorschaubild-Leiste am unteren Rand: alle Bilder und Videos des Beitrags nebeneinander, Videos mit Play-Plakette, das gerade gezeigte hervorgehoben. Ein Klick springt direkt dorthin. Bilder lassen sich jetzt zoomen. Das Mausrad zoomt auf den Zeiger zu — das Detail, das du anvisierst, bleibt also unter dem Cursor, statt aus dem Bild zu wandern; ein Doppelklick geht auf 2,5x und wieder zurück; und solange du herangezoomt bist, verschiebt Ziehen den Ausschnitt. Über dem Bild sitzt eine kleine Bedienpille mit Minus, aktueller Stufe und Plus — und die Stufe selbst ist der Knopf zurück auf 100 %.

𝗠𝗲𝗺𝗯𝗲𝗿𝘀 𝗣𝗮𝗻𝗲𝗹 — 𝗬𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝘄𝗵𝗼𝗹𝗲 𝗰𝗼𝗺𝗺𝘂𝗻𝗶𝘁𝘆, 𝘀𝗼𝗿𝘁𝗲𝗱 𝗶𝗻𝘁𝗼 𝗳𝗼𝗹𝗱𝗲𝗿𝘀 Skool gives you a member count and a separate page to browse it. The Members Panel puts the full list into a sidebar — one click on the people icon in your navbar and everyone from all your admin communities is there. The panel follows you as you navigate: switch community and the list switches with you. Pin it to keep it open while you work, or use the expand button to open it as a large popup with the list on the left and the CRM profile on the right. Each row shows the avatar, display name, email or username, level, price, join date and last activity — or "Active now" while someone is online. Beside the name sit compact round badges: role (Owner, Admin), paid tier (a gold crown for Premium, a cyan diamond for VIP), a trial hourglass, the icons of the communities the member belongs to, your own tag emojis and a note icon. The same badges travel with a member's name wherever they appear on Skool — in the feed, in comments, in Group Chat next to each sender, and in the DM list and open DM header. The list is grouped into folders instead of running as one long strip: "Communities", "Tags", "Pipeline", "Level", "Membership", "Status" and "Countries", each folder with a count, each collapsible, each remembering whether you left it open. One member can sit in several folders at once — that is the point, since a paying VIP in your pipeline is all three things at the same time. Folders wear the badges of what they hold, large ones keep loading as you scroll, and a search opens the folders that contain hits. Tag folders carry a pencil to edit them — name, emoji and colour in one popup. Pipeline folders follow each community's own pipeline, and when several pipelines are in play, each folder names the one it belongs to. Right at the bottom sits "All": the complete result list in one piece. "Countries" reads the location from each member's profile. Skool's location field is free text, so it gets resolved through countries, US states and cities: "Pearland, TX" lands in the United States, "Mannheim" in Germany, "Bali Indonesia" in Indonesia. Each folder carries the flag and the country name in your language, sorted by size, so your biggest markets sit on top. Anything filled in but unresolvable — "Metaverse", a link — goes to "No country", and members who left the field empty appear in no folder at all.

𝗟𝗶𝘃𝗲 C𝗮𝗹𝗹 𝗦𝗰𝗿𝗲𝗲𝗻𝘀𝗵𝗮𝗿𝗲 — 𝗠𝗲𝗺𝗯𝗲𝗿𝘀 𝘀𝗵𝗮𝗿𝗲 𝘁𝗵𝗲𝗶𝗿 𝘀𝗰𝗿𝗲𝗲𝗻 𝘄𝗶𝘁𝗵𝗼𝘂𝘁 𝗮𝗻 𝗮𝗱𝗺𝗶𝗻 𝗶𝗻 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗿𝗼𝗼𝗺 Skool hands out screenshare in a live call one person at a time, and only someone with host rights who is actually sitting in that call can do it. A call without an admin therefore means nobody can share anything — the members wait for someone who never shows up. Auto Screenshare solves half of that: it grants everyone automatically, but only while a host is present. This is the other half. As the owner you open screenshare for your community once, and from then on every member gets it the moment they enter a call there — with nobody from your team in the room, and without you being online at all. There is no separate switch for it. The "Auto Screenshare" toggle in the Live Call settings is the unlock: turn it on and screenshare opens for every community you own, turn it off and the permission is withdrawn again. Ownership is verified on our side, so nobody can open a community that isn't theirs. It runs on your own Skool access, so you need to have used the extension yourself — otherwise there is nothing it could grant in your name with. For members it happens quietly. On entering the call the extension asks once, for that one person, and only for the call they are in — no dialog, no message, no waiting: the share button is simply there. Leave and come back and it asks again for the new call. Nobody else's permissions are touched, and the requests are capped per member so a reload loop can't hammer anything. One limit is worth knowing: the permission can only be handed out for calls that were created under your own account. Skool gives that right to whoever created the call, so if another admin scheduled the event in their name, screenshare stays closed there. Members also need the extension running — without it nobody asks, and Skool's normal rules apply. Opening screenshare for a community is a VIP feature. Using it costs members nothing; they just need the extension. --- 𝗟𝗶𝘃𝗲𝗰𝗮𝗹𝗹 𝗦𝗰𝗿𝗲𝗲𝗻𝘀𝗵𝗮𝗿𝗲 — 𝗠𝗶𝘁𝗴𝗹𝗶𝗲𝗱𝗲𝗿 𝘁𝗲𝗶𝗹𝗲𝗻 𝗶𝗵𝗿𝗲𝗻 𝗕𝗶𝗹𝗱𝘀𝗰𝗵𝗶𝗿𝗺, 𝗮𝘂𝗰𝗵 𝗼𝗵𝗻𝗲 𝗔𝗱𝗺𝗶𝗻 𝗶𝗺 𝗥𝗮𝘂𝗺
