Hello everyone!
I am getting ready to launch soon - drum rolls ! 😁…
At this point, I am questioning the title of my group. So I would like to run it by you and would be most grateful for your input.
Here it is:
If you were looking for a place to use meditation and sound practices, such as Crystal Bowls, gongs and the voice, to support your healing at your own pace and to help regulate your emotions and nervous system, which of these titles feel like it truly describes that space and sounds like a place you’d want to be?
