How to throw the uppercut
As a guy who has practiced Muay Thai for a few years, I think I know the technique of how to throw the uppercut all right, but I have rarely ever in sparring landed it. Like I havent actually found a practical use to land it and havent been accurate when throwing it.
How about you teach us how to maybe set up an uppercut and when to actually throw it.
