How can I cut back on sleep without being exhausted?
One of my downfalls is waking up too late.
I'm constantly trying to fix my daily routine, and I won't stop until it's perfect! But right now, my main issue is waking up late and not having enough time in the morning to finish my work for the day, before I have to do chores and family/social tasks.
Does anyone have advice on how to wake up early without being exhausted throughout the day?
