Ikigai
Been sitting with this Ikigai diagram from the lesson today — the overlap of what you love, what you're good at, what people need, what you can get paid for.
What hit me: I run a nursing department all day. That's the "good at" and "paid for" circles, solid ground I've had for years. But I only found my actual Ikigai when I added a third thing I was curious about almost by accident — and it didn't erase the nursing side, it sat right next to it.
Made me realize most people are only using 2 of the 4 circles. They're skilled and employed, but not lit up. Or they're passionate but broke.
